Full Job Description
The Service Project Manager is responsible to oversee all aspects of assigned service projects from commencement to completion. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or is necessary.

Duties include:

  • Manage submittals, budgets, change orders, RFI's, schedules, and other aspects required to maintain profitable and successful projects.
  • Maintain a complete knowledge of the status of all assigned projects.
  • Execute organization's programs, policies, standards, and procedures consistently.
  • Manage all financial aspects of projects and work orders.
  • Set clear goals and expectations to service techs.
  • Coordinates scheduling of service techs and communicates work locations and job expectations to techs daily.
  • Orders materials and supplies as needed.
  • Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns.
  • When necessary, estimate change orders for assigned projects.
  • Manage all job closeout procedures.
  • Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement.
  • Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within the industry.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
