Pay Range: $47 - $51 per hour.

Job location: Wilmington, NC
Responsibilities and Duties:- Supervise and manage the daily operations of electrical crews on construction sites.
- Ensure all electrical work meets industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate material orders, equipment deliveries, and manpower schedules.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Conduct inspections of electrical systems, identifying and resolving any issues.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetings.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Maintain documentation, including work reports, schedules, and project plans.
- Mentor and train junior electricians and other crew members.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and electrical codes (NEC).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
Physical and Environmental Requirements:- Should be able to sit, bend, stoop and lift items which occasionally exceed 50 pounds.
- Be able to climb, crawl and squat as the job demands.
