As an Electrical Engineer, you will design, develop, integrate and test complex electrical systems for high-performance antenna systems. You'll work with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle - from concept development and detailed design through testing, manufacturing, and customer support for aerospace and defense applications.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, evaluate, and update circuit board assemblies and cabling
- Provide critical support across all product development lifecycle phases - including conceptual, prototype, and production design - to guarantee assigned objectives are met on schedule
- Perform hands-on hardware sub-component, circuit board and system level electrical testing and integration
- Support multiple programs/products simultaneously
- Documentation of Electrical designs
- Additional responsibilities may include system integration, data collection, and product support
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
Must-Haves:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Electrical Engineering Experience: Experience in analog circuitry such as power regulation and sensor signal conditioning, digital circuitry interfaces such as I2C, SPI, Ethernet, and Serial UART
- Technical Experience: Experience in reading and deciphering technical documentation and specifications
- Other Abilities: Technically proficient in MS Office products, excellent logical and problem-solving abilities
- Status: U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) required to support U.S. Government contracts.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Experience):
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the field of Electrical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering Experience: Experience in FPGAs, DSPs, Microcontrollers, Circuit Board schematic and layout programs

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Typical office, workstation, and lab/manufacturing environments.
- Ability to lift or move prototype equipment up to 40 lbs, on occasion.
- Comfortable working near testing setups that may involve elevated noise levels, chemicals, or electromagnetic energy.
- Willingness to travel up to 5% for vendor visits, customer reviews, or off-site testing.
Salary Range $75,000 - $90,000
