We need an Electrical Engineer who thinks from first principles, questions convention, and wants the weight of owning the outcome. Someone who can design it, stand behind it, solve for it in the field, and build the runway as they go.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
+ Design it: Own electrical systems end-to-end: utility interconnects, substations, switchgear, generators, UPS, and power distribution.
+ Stamp it: Serve as Engineer of Record for one-lines, protection coordination, short-circuit, arc-flash, and related power-system studies.
+ Build it: Stay close to construction, solve field issues in real time, and own the work through commissioning and energization.
+ Challenge it: Push on cost, constructability, redundancy, and third-party designs without compromising safety or reliability.
WHAT YOU BRING
+ Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
+ 7+ years designing electrical systems for data centers, industrial, or other mission-critical facilities.
+ Deep knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE standards, and critical power systems.
+ Fluency with SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower and redundancy topologies including N+1 and 2N.
+ Experience working directly with utilities, equipment vendors, construction teams, and commissioning through energization.
