OverviewWhat responsibilities will I have in this role? (including but are not limited to):As an Electrical Engineer, you'll join a collaborative and innovative team dedicated to evaluating and designing power systems for power-generating facilities. This role is ideal for early-career professionals (1-3 years of experience) who are ready to take the next step in their engineering journey and expand their technical expertise in a dynamic environment.
You'll work closely with engineers from other disciplines, gaining valuable cross-functional experience and learning how electrical systems integrate into broader project scopes. With minimal supervision, you'll manage your own assignments, balancing budget, scope, schedule, and quality, while delivering precise, code-compliant engineering documents such as drawings, calculations, and technical evaluations.
Your work will be grounded in the latest industry codes, standards, and safety practices, especially those relevant to the nuclear sector. You'll contribute to high-quality deliverables that align with both client expectations and ENERCON's rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
Beyond technical work, you'll build strong client relationships through clear communication and professional collaboration. You'll also have opportunities to travel to plant sites, where you'll interface with client personnel and perform walk-downs of plant systems and components, bringing your designs to life and gaining hands-on experience in the field.

What qualifications/skills will help you be successful in this role?- Completed a bachelor's or master's degree inelectrical engineering from an accredited university.
- Available to start in the next 1-2 months.
- A solid working foundation with your major's core concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
- Ability to effectively problem solve.
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
- Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns.
- Must be able to work outside.
- Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.

Salary Range:The salary range for this full-time position is $80,000.00- $99,600.00. Salary ranges are determined by a combination of role, level, experience, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
