Key Responsibilities:- Design & Engineering: Perform electrical design for power, EV, wind, and solar projects. Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SKM, and Trimble.
- Analysis: Conduct coordination and ARC flash studies (IR Level 1 and 2). Perform quality and performance analysis on new and legacy IT systems.
- Project Management: Manage engineering projects from definition to delivery. Define customer needs, calculate costs for budgeting, and ensure installations meet safety standards.
- R&D: Research manufacturing processes and analyze data/trends to create innovative new products.
- Compliance: Ensure all designs and manufacturing processes align with NEC, IEEE, and other industry engineering codes.
- Reporting: Summarize data, report on test results, and monitor maintenance/inspection plans.
What We're Looking For:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Required).
- Experience: Open to all levels, from new graduates to 5-10 years of experience in electrical design (Power, EV, Wind, Solar).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of electrical manufacturing processes, engineering codes, and safety standards.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SKM, and Trimble.
- Professional Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and top-tier organizational skills.
- Mindset: A problem-solver who can analyze issues and implement effective solutions autonomously.
