Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in the regional market
• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain successful client relationships
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and construction methodologies
• Experience with design/build methodologies is preferred
• Ability to interpret, write, and manage contracts effectively
• Skilled in preparing detailed scope proposals
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and estimating software (ConEst is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and closure activities
• Prepare and present monthly project status and completion reports
• Conduct detailed take-offs and estimates for various electrical projects
• Drive marketing efforts to secure profitable jobs
• Make critical decisions on project costs, timelines, and performance
• Promote cross-selling of integrated company solutions
• Engage with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success
• Coordinate and manage workforce activities
• Foster a culture of safety and maintain an injury-free workplace
