MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Must possess a working knowledge of the electrical trade with a minimum of 5 years' experience as an electrical project manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Establishment of project estimates and management of cost.
- Project submittal process, including submission, approvals, and release of approvals.
- Day to day interaction with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
- Responsible for all job-related costs including procurement of major materials and equipment.
- Monitoring of all job-related costs, including but not limited to, labor, rental equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Understanding of the Company's financial software systems, including but not limited to Spectrum, and other software utilized by the Everus companies.
- Understanding of ACCUBID estimating software.
- Monthly cost analysis.
- This position is required to drive.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
