Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing electrical construction projects over $10M, including mission-critical and ground-up constructions.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Valid electrical license (Journeyman or Master level) strongly preferred.
• Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with industry-standard tools like Accubid, Blue Beam, Procore, CX Alloy, BIM360, MS Project, and P6.
• Understanding of vendor relationships in the electrical construction industry.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sr. Project Manager to oversee all phases of multiple commercial electrical projects.
• Ensure project execution exceeds client expectations while adhering to NEC, safety policies, and OSHA requirements.
• Set project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in line with corporate guidelines.
• Represent the company in meetings and support labor negotiations and strategy discussions.
• Manage contract financials to safeguard company interests while fostering client relationships.
• Conduct takeoffs and pricing for change orders and related project work.
• Perform duties from the Project Site, ensuring on-site management.
