Full Job Description
Senior field-leadership role focused onelectrical executionacross large, complex industrial projects.
Project types include:data centres,wastewater treatment plants, andnuclearprojects (among other heavy industrial work).
You'll be client-facing from early project conversations through closeout/turnover, while leading and developing a sizable team (often10-14 direct reportsacross project/field leadership).
Must be based in / relocate toChandler (Phoenix area), AZ(not remote; not based out of other offices).
ABOUT THE POSITION
Lead field execution for one major project or multiple concurrent projects, owning outcomes acrosssafety, schedule, budget, quality, productivity, and profitabilityfor electrical scopes (self-perform + subcontractors).
Drive electrical planning, constructability, sequencing, energization strategy, and turnover/commissioning readiness.
Act as the senior point of accountability for electrical scope delivery in coordination with civil/structural/mechanical/I&C/commissioning teams.
Run strong client-facing communication and present professionally to senior leadership/C-suite stakeholders.
Support pursuits/preconstruction as needed (execution plans, manpower curves, client presentations).

COMPENSATION
$180,000-$220,000 base salary
