How you will make an impact- Support site EHS programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including regulatory reporting and tracking, while promoting a strong EHS culture and awareness of initiatives
- Lead the site's Stormwater and Hazardous Waste programs, serving as the primary point of contact for compliance activities, monitoring, reporting, and corrective actions, with support from the EHS Manager
- Provide technical EHS support for new or modified equipment, new product introductions, incoming material approval, and management of change
- Conduct risk assessments and support implementation of corrective actions to reduce risk, drive continuous improvement, and improve overall site performance
- Assist with incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective and preventative action development
- Support inspections, audits, and regulatory interactions, including preparation, participation, and follow-up
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND (2) two years of experience in EHS in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND (6) six years in experience in EHS in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with Plant Management and production employees
- Strong attention to detail with effective prioritization and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of ISO 14001
- Experience with hazardous waste management, stormwater management, lock out/tag out, machine guarding, and/or emergency response teams in a manufacturing environment
- Certifications such as: Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH); Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM); Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or other related credentials

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $85,200 - $117,150, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
