Are you passionate about protecting people, the environment, and operational integrity? We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven EH&S Advisor to help lead and strengthen our regulatory and safety programs across U.S. Pipelines facilities. In this high-impact role, you'll champion compliance with DOT, PHMSA, OSHA, and environmental regulations, while helping shape a culture where safety and accountability come first.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Minimum Requirements:
• Certificate, diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety and accreditation by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals
• 5 years' experience with a technical background in health, safety, and regulatory matters in the oil and gas industry
• Understanding of Federal and State environmental, health & safety and emergency management legislation
• Strong computer knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.A.

Responsibilities:
• Support regulatory compliance programs associated with DOT, OSHA, health, safety and environmental requirements. Develop/update safety procedures including applicable environmental, health and safety rules, safe work practices, and the reporting of workplace hazards (and injury or illness) arising from workplace activities
• Conduct Worksite Safety Assessments for conformance compliance with critical safety controls and protocols. Provide feedback and coaching to address gaps
• Ensure conformance to our standards, processes and procedures while also ensuring compliance with the regulatory EHS and emergency management requirements
• Perform emergency preparedness and response duties as defined in the emergency response plan
• Support contractor management with a focus on hazard identification the creation of detailed health and safety plans
• Provide technical support and advice on DOT/PHMSA regulatory and safety issues associated with compliance training to improve compliance systems
• Fulfill information requests for internal and external DOT / PHMSA and regulatory audits
• Prepare and submit mandatory environmental and regulatory reports for facilities in the U.S. including- but not limited to-air emissions, waste, water, and greenhouse gas (GHG) reporting
Location and other Key details:
• This is an office-based role. You will work out of our Cheyenne District Office, located at 1700 Cutler Rd
• Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
• A valid driver's licence and a clean driving record as travel to other sites may be required
