About the job Google for Education helps schools and institutions transform teaching and learning through the use of Google's technology, including Workspace for Education, Chromebooks, and Gemini. As part of the Education Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations team, you will oversee and improve sales acceleration programs, utilizing data analysis, thinking, and work with cross-functional team. Your work will ensure our sales programs run effectively and efficiently to drive adoption of Google for Education products, specifically supporting Regional Sales and Channel teams. The Sales Acceleration Strategy and Operations Manager will lead data-driven strategy and operational improvements for Google for Education, focusing on Workspace for Education, ChromeOS, and Gemini. In this role, you will design, implement, and scale programs to drive free-to-paid adoption, renewals, and hardware refresh. You will partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to develop AI/ML-based account prospecting models and automate customer outreach, making scaled sales teams and marketing campaigns more effective. Bringing a 'problem solver' and 'challenger' mindset, you will combine quantitative (SQL, BI dashboards) with business acumen to identify trends, optimize sales workflows, and serve as a trusted advisor to Regional Sales leaders and Channel partners.
