Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled eDiscovery Specialist to join our team and support complex litigation and investigation projects. In this hands-on technical role, you will assist in managing large volumes of data, ensuring data integrity, and providing organized, defensible work products. You will collaborate closely with project managers and technical teams throughout the entire matter lifecycle, from data intake to final production. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project management teams to receive client data, verify data integrity, and maintain accurate chain-of-custody records.
  • Prepare matter data for review by processing, converting, and loading information into litigation support platforms such as Relativity and Everchron.
  • Support database administration tasks, including workspace creation, user access management, tag updates, archiving, and related maintenance to ensure review environments operate smoothly.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that may occur after data processing, during review, or in preparation for production.
  • Create high-quality deliverables for legal teams, including PDFs, native files, images, and data tables.
  • Maintain accurate collection, processing, and production records within project management platforms.
  • Contribute to process improvements through software evaluations, testing, internal training, and process development.
  • Support the team's efforts to continuously improve workflows and techniques using innovative software and tools.
Required Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, database administration, or related technical disciplines.
  • Ability and enthusiasm for quickly learning new software, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong technical curiosity and analytical judgment, with the capability to confidently work with large, complex data sets.
  • Practical, solutions-oriented approach to diagnosing root causes and troubleshooting technical issues with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, self-motivated work style with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and seek guidance when needed.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL, scripting, or other data-focused tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the electronic discovery process and common workflows, including preservation, collection, processing, review, and production.
  • Hands-on experience with litigation support platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, Opus2, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of eDiscovery analytics and AI-assisted review technology.
  • Flexibility and composure under pressure, including availability outside regular hours for time-sensitive issues, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in legal support technology, eDiscovery, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and related workflows.
  • Hands-on experience supporting review and production environments.
  • Knowledge of eDiscovery analytics and AI review tools in platforms like Relativity.
