Job DescriptionDescription:We are seeking an experienced
EBX Specialization Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of
TIBCO EBX Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, extensive experience managing enterprise data and MDM projects, and a solid understanding of insurance business processes. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, technical teams, and vendors to ensure high-quality project delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Project Management:- Leadend-to-end delivery of EBX Master Data Management projects from initiationthrough production deployment.
- Developproject plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
- Manageproject scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and changerequests.
- Ensureprojects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business andtechnical requirements.
- Monitorproject performance using KPIs and project management metrics.
- Manageimplementation and enhancement of TIBCO EBX solutions.
- Coordinatebusiness, architecture, development, QA, and infrastructure teamsthroughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensuresuccessful implementation of master data governance, data quality, andmetadata management practices.
- Supportsolution planning, integration, testing, deployment, and post-productionstabilization.
- Ensureproject deliverables align with insurance industry standards andregulatory requirements.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:- Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BusinessAdministration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+years of IT project management experience.
- 5+years managing Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) or data governanceprojects.
- Experiencedelivering TIBCO EBX implementation projects.
- Strongunderstanding of insurance business processes and enterprise datamanagement.
- Provenexperience managing large, cross-functional programs.
- Excellentleadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- PMP,PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- TIBCOEBX certification.
- Knowledgeof cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experiencemanaging enterprise digital transformation and data modernizationinitiatives.
