EBX Specialization Governance Lead to establish and lead enterprise
Data Governance and
Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives using
TIBCO EBX within the insurance domain. The successful candidate will define governance strategies, policies, standards, and operating models to ensure high-quality, trusted master data across the organization. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, architects, and technical teams to support regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:Data Governance Leadership:- Defineand implement enterprise data governance strategies, frameworks, andoperating models.
- Establishgovernance policies, standards, and procedures for master data management.
- Leadgovernance councils, working groups, and steering committees.
- Definedata ownership, stewardship, accountability, and decision-makingprocesses.
- Promoteenterprise-wide adoption of data governance best practices.
- Leadgovernance activities for TIBCO EBX implementations.
- Defineand maintain master data domains, hierarchies, business rules, workflows,and approval processes.
- EnsureEBX supports enterprise data governance objectives.
- Collaboratewith solution architects and development teams to implement governancerequirements.
- Overseemetadata management, reference data, and master data lifecycle processes.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:- Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BusinessAdministration, Data Management, or a related field.
- 10+years of experience in enterprise data management or data governance.
- 5+years of experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
- Hands-onexperience with TIBCO EBX.
- 5+years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Strongunderstanding of enterprise data governance frameworks and operatingmodels.
- Experienceworking with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experiencewith Guidewire, Duck Creek, or other insurance platforms.
- Experiencewith enterprise data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica,Microsoft Purview, or Alation.
- Knowledgeof cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- DAMACertified Data Management Professional (CDMP), DCAM, TOGAF, or similarcertification.
- TIBCOEBX certification is highly preferred.
- Experienceleading enterprise digital transformation and data modernizationinitiatives.
- 10-15+years of overall IT and data management experience
- 5+years leading enterprise data governance initiatives
- 3-5+years working with TIBCO EBX Master Data Management
- 5+years in the insurance domain
- Provenexperience implementing enterprise data governance and MDM solutionsacross large organizations
