The team focuses on generating attractive income through disciplined underwriting and risk management while leveraging Invesco's integrated global real estate platform and market expertise.

Equity: Invesco Real Estate's Equity business invests directly in commercial real estate properties on behalf of clients, including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and specialty sectors. The team seeks to create value through property ownership, active management, and strategic investment across a range of risk and return profiles, from core income-focused investments to higher-growth opportunities.
