In this internship, you'll get hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and the inside scoop on what it's really like to work at a global investment firm. As part of a Summer Internship Program cohort, you will have a variety of initiatives to keep you engaged throughout the summer including orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You'll work side-by-side with talented teams to learn about the business.

What you will do- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned tasks and initiatives
- Attend team meetings, complete assigned projects within established timelines, and present findings to management
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Seek feedback and guidance from mentors and team members to support learning and growth
- Conduct valuation of target companies using methodologies such as comparable company analysis and discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis
- Support the team in researching industry trends, financial statements, and market data
- Participate in training sessions and networking opportunities to further develop your technical and professional skills
- Join regular team meetings to understand our top-down macro investment process and performance metrics. Includes portfolio manager, client portfolio manager, risk, and research teams

Minimum qualifications - Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2028
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
- All majors are welcomed with an emphasis on Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Stats, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business-related field
- A demonstrated interest in financial markets & investments
- Familiarity with Excel and financial statement analysis
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Must be able to work in Invesco's New York office
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Invesco will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).
- Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended
Preferred qualifications - Experience with creative problem solving and analytical thinking
- Experience with prioritizing work and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Prior internship in investment management is preferred but not required
- Experience gathering and interpreting market data
Compensation for this position is $40/hr.
