E2E Product Integration Manager
Project Manager II
The E2E Product Integration Manager is accountable for the execution of integrating products, systems, and data across customer s business capabilities. Enable product and system integration ad data lineage through an M&A transitions.
The opportunity:
• Lead integration across Marketing, Sales, Quoting, Contracting, and Support systems, ensuring alignment with the customer and Acquired company s processes.
• Drive system and data integration strategies for recent M&A.
• Navigate the needs of multiple cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and contending priorities, achieving consensus on what is best to scale customer.
• Develop relevant artifacts: Market Problem Statements/Definitions, Personas, Roadmaps, Value/Success Metrics, Scope, MVPs and Epics.
• Collaborate with other product managers to define the roadmap, anticipate future business needs, and align customer's selling motion to target architecture.
• Coordinate between stakeholders and customer Technology Services (IT) product management for resolving cross-team product issues.
• Define and detail processes, policies, success metrics, reports, risks/dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Translate business requirements into Agile epics and user-stories. Work with QA to define test criteria/scripts for releases while driving business tester UAT.

What you need:
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with 2-3 years implementing Sales processes (e.g., M2L, L2Q, or Q2C, or similar).
• Strong experience working with data, understanding data lineage and governance across platforms to support reporting and operational readiness.
• Experience with system transformations and data integrations across enterprise platforms.
• Experience developing and communicating strategic roadmaps and achieving agreement with leadership.
• Proficient with using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to activate operational scale, innovation, and high-quality business outcomes on time, on budget, and with measurable impact
• Experience working in CRMs (Salesforce, MSFT Dynamics) is required, ideally within a SaaS based E2E enterprise or mid-market selling motion.
• Familiarity with marketing, sales, and support platforms and their interdependencies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences, and communicate successfully with individual contributors, management, and executives.
• Strong soft skills with a distinctive ability to empower, motivate and influence others without authority or a direct reporting relationship.
• Bachelor's degree required.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Hybrid-California
Compensation Range: $102,000-$153,000
