Unit Context:
Project Aria is the World Bank Group's strategic initiative to modernize its finance ERP. It runs in two phases: a transition that migrates the ERP solution from ECC to S/4HANA in early 2027, followed by a transformation that builds on the new platform to improve how the business works. The program spans more than 50 business units and over 180 connected systems.

Duties and accountabilities:
• Own and execute the detailed Project Aria learning plan through WBG Finance Transformation, maintaining activities, owners, deadlines, dependencies, risks, and readiness checkpoints.
• Maintain role- and unit-based learner mappings and learning paths; validate course assignments, prerequisites, delivery methods, and timing with business and IT leads.
• Develop, edit, and quality-assure learner-ready materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, simulations, job aids, work instructions, assessments, FAQs, and communications.
• Translate technical, functional, and process documentation into clear, accurate, business-friendly learning content that staff can understand and apply in their day-to-day work.
• Configure and publish learning assets in OLC; create course and curriculum records, manage versions and assignments, test learner access, resolve publishing issues, and monitor completion.
• Plan and deliver Train-the-Trainer and end-user learning activities; prepare trainers, conduct rehearsals, schedule sessions, manage invitations and rosters, verify system access, and provide live delivery support.
• Track and report learning readiness using attendance, completion, assessment, feedback, access, and delivery data; identify gaps, escalate risks, assign corrective actions, and drive open items to closure.
• Deliver post-go-live learning support during hypercare through refresher sessions, office hours, FAQs, updated job aids, and targeted assistance based on user questions and support trends.
Selection Criteria
• A Master's degree with 5 years of experience or a Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience executing enterprise learning, training delivery, workforce-readiness, or technology-adoption activities.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex assignments and deliver quality results with limited supervision.
• Ability to identify practical solutions, resolve delivery obstacles, and drive risks and issues to timely closure.
• Experience managing learning plans, schedules, learning platforms, training logistics, communications, and readiness reporting.
• Strong ability to translate technical and process information into clear, accurate, business-friendly learning content.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• ERP, SAP S/4HANA, large-scale transformation, or World Bank Group experience is preferred.
