Education, Experience & Certifications- Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering, 5 years of industry experience in the development and implementation of low and medium voltage power distribution, control and communications systems in self-contained or distributed configurations.
- Proven track record of project management in the Power, Oil and Gas industry or related sectors
- Strong understanding of automation and controls, power distribution, and IoT technologies
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
- Experience with Professional Engineer (PE) stamps for building designs and specifications
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Lead the development and implementation of E House projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Plan and execute E House projects from initiation to closure, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and minimize risks.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor project budget and expenses and implement cost control measures to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for E House solutions and electrical switch racks providing technical guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers.
