Salary: $85,000-$94,000 base salary + discretionary bonus
Hybrid Working: Working onsite Tuesday/Wednesday and all other days work from home

As an E-commerce Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our online sales operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce activities. You will work closely with various teams, including marketing, public relations, customer service, and logistics, to optimize our online presence and drive revenue growth. This position reports directly to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, North America.
Responsibilities1. Website Content Management for US and CA sites:
- Assist in uploading new product listings onto the site and QA/update all product listings ongoing.
- Monitor product inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Update product descriptions, images, and pricing as needed to maintain accuracy and relevance.
- Create and maintain collection and landing pages for updated content/product accuracy.
- Continuously QA website for accuracy and recommend improvements.
2. Customer Care Support:
- Manage North America customer care KPIs and brief in agency for regional trade and support needs.
- Liaise with the global customer care team on shipping and order disputes.
- Liaise with the sales admin concerning shipment and fulfillment issues.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
3. Marketing Support:
- Assist in the execution of e-commerce marketing campaigns, including building out landing pages, setting up promotions, and briefing assets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives are effectively communicated to customers through the e-commerce platform.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance, using Google Analytics, Shopify and other platform reporting tools.
- Generate regular reports to analyze e-commerce performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ad hoc requests / reporting as needed.
5. Trade Campaign Management:
- Project manage regional trade campaigns keeping cross-functional teams updated and accountable to deadlines and goals.
- Brief in and feedback on creative asset needs to support trade campaigns.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
- Solid previous experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Experience with Shopify+ platform.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
