Position DescriptionEmployees in this role are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing intelligent business solutions using Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Power Platform technologies. The position focuses on building AI-driven applications, conversational agents, automation solutions, and intelligent workflows that improve business processes, customer experiences, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered automation. This role requires the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Required SkillsDynamics 365, AI, and Development Technologies- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, development, and solution deployment.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) and implementing AI/Copilot capabilities within Dynamics 365.
- Strong experience developing applications using:
- C#
- ASP.NET
- JavaScript
- TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with:
- Dynamics 365 Plug-in Development
- Custom Workflows
- Business Process Flows (BPF)
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
- CRM integrations and APIs
- 5+ years of experience using GitHub or Git-based source control systems.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications.
