The Copywriter is eager, positive and willing to learn from everyone around them.
Job Responsibilities - Develop a range of ideas in a short amount of time and refine and self-edit work along the way
- Knows how to package up their ideas in ways that are clear, concise and buyable
- Can think in platforms and think beyond traditional advertising solutions
- Is a student of creative trends and best practices in advertising, culture, media and social.
- Brings other interests and knowledge to the job (filmmakers, influencers, designers, etc...)
- Pull visual references and create comps quickly to translate ideas into compelling client presentations
- Establish art direction, style and tone for brand campaigns across all channels
- Begins to contribute to all facets of productions
- Work with all disciplines to deliver projects of creative excellence on time
- Can take feedback and incorporate it
- Begins to understand the needs of clients and clients' business
- Is willing to help out with whatever is asked of them, with a good attitude
- Is an accountable partner and collaborator
Basic Qualifications- Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building ideas and executions
Preferred Qualifications- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
- Collaborative, passionate and self-motivated
- Presentation and public speaking skills
- Strong organizational skills to work efficiently and effectively in both personal time management and ability to extend such practices across a team
- Ability to multitask, manage simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
