Job Title: DP Business Support Manager

About the JobAs DP Business Support Manager within our Business Operations & Systems team, you'll help us drive the business aspects of our manufacturing operations as they relate to all production resources use, and optimization by providing strategic execution for business operations across the Drug Product operations of Formulation, Filling, Inspection, and Packaging (FFIP) at the Swiftwater manufacturing site. Develops and implements programs to facilitate business performance, optimize performance against targets, and manage headcount resources aligned with budget targets, production requirements and business demands.
Main Responsibilities- Leads operation support for Drug Product Operations. Supports consistent planning, running & improvement of the operating units business processes to drive productivity and financial value.
- Is responsible for leading one or more of the production support processes executions (Budget Management, Resource Management, Business Performance, BOM/Recipe Master Data Management) in compliance with cGMP and HSE regulations.
- Contribute to business operations strategy, timelines and decision making.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams in Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, Finance, Smart Factory (site Master Data Management), and Drug Substance Operations.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets using digital and AI tools. Share results, and/or implementation plans through presentations and reports.
About YouBasic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience, in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing operations (e.g., Drug Product, FFIP, or similar production environment) AND/OR Hands-on SAP Master Data Management experience, specifically managing BOMs and/or recipes/process orders (not just as an end user, but actively managing and maintaining master data) in any regulated industries such as food, life sciences, or similar).
Technical Skills: - Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- SAP knowledge (master data management preferred; implementation experience is a strong plus)
Soft Skills- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional efforts without direct authority
- Data-driven decision-making, especially under ambiguity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

The salary range for this position is:
$78.000,00 - $112.666,66
