.NET Full Stack Developer
Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for a .NET Full Stack Developer to join the application development team. The consultant will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture, coding, testing, and deployment. This role will play a key part in upgrading legacy applications and maintaining secure, scalable web applications that interface across multiple state agencies.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using the .NET framework (.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#) and modern frontend technologies.
• Architect and optimize SQL Server databases, write complex stored procedures, and build secure Web APIs and RESTful services for secure cross-agency data sharing.
• Maintain and enhance existing legacy systems, troubleshoot application errors, and refactor code to comply with modern state IT security standards.
• Work alongside Business Analysts, Project Managers, and System Administrators in an Agile environment.
• Maintain source code control using Git and Azure DevOps and assist with CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Author technical documentation, system architectures, and user manuals.
• Ensure all applications meet accessibility (ADA/Section 508) and state data security protocols.
Requirements:
• Completion of undergraduate core program in Computer Science or Information Systems and 24 months of experience in software development/implementation required.
• 48 months of experience in software development/implementation may be substituted required.
• 2 years of strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 8, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework required.
• 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD workflows required.
• 2 years of SQL Server skills required.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor required.
• Understanding of secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10) and identity management (OAuth, OpenID Connect) required.
