Qualifications

• Clearance: Secret Eligible required
• U.S. citizenship required
• DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 441-Network Operations Specialist at Advanced proficiency level
• Certifications required: SecurityX / CASP+, CCNA, CCNP Security, CCSP, GCED, GCIA, GCLD, GDSA, GFACT
• Masters or Ph.D in relevant fields: Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering
• Extensive experience in enterprise network operations within DoD/Federal environments
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale enterprise services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee delivery of DoDIN-connected services for ARNG mission operations
• Ensure continuous service availability and infrastructure support
• Integrate network transport and maintain compliance with operational directives
• Establish and enforce governance for change management and service continuity
• Coordinate with cybersecurity and network engineering teams for compliance
• Provide operational reporting and risk assessments to stakeholders
• Monitor service performance and manage operational risks
• Direct response strategies for outages to ensure mission operation continuity.
