What You Will Do:We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our growing Defense & Security practice, with a dedicated focus on AI & Data Modernization programs related to Financial Management. This individual will be a hands-on technical contributor, responsible for designing and implementing scalable data pipelines & products and interactive dashboards that enable federal clients to achieve mission outcomes, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
This is a strategic delivery role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data engineering, cloud platforms, and public sector analytics.
Client Leadership and Delivery:
- Collaborate with clients to understand data architecture and reporting needs for financial management programs.
- Ensure delivery excellence and measurable outcomes across data modernization programs, in support of clients' financial management objectives.
Solution Development & Innovation
- Lead the development of ETL pipelines in DataBricks and/or Palantir software, with Python, Spark, and SQL.
- Develop and operate AI & Data solutions in DataBricks and/or Palantir software, with Python, Spark, and SQL.
- Design and operate dashboard integrations using Databricks, Qlik, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards aligned with federal reporting standards.
- Apply AI/ML tools to automate metadata extraction, clustering, and dashboard scripting.
What You Will Need:- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- THREE (3) years of relevant data and/or business data analytics engineering experience
What Would Be Nice To Have:- AI/LLM Certifications or Data Analytics degrees.
- Experience working with Defense & Intelligence clients
- Experience working in Advana or Palantir software
- Familiarity with federal contracting and procurement processes
