Fiesta Auto Insurance G&P- DMV Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven DMV Sales Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our DMV Department across all of our 50+ Insurance offices. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the DMV department meets or exceeds its Monthly performance goals, holds high standard of customer service for all DMV transactions, and supports the ongoing development of the team and their DMV knowledge.

The DMV Sales Manager plays a critical leadership role-acting as a coach, trainer, problem solver, and hitting target production goals for the DMV department at Fiesta Auto Insurance G&P. This position requires strong people skills, attention to detail, detailed oriented organizational skills and a commitment to operational excellence.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
• Performance & Sales Accountability by ensuring the DMV department meets or exceeds daily, and monthly performance targets (Transaction count, Office DMV Revenue)
• Track and report Key metrics while implementing strategies to drive store growth and improve customer retention to Senior Leadership
• Making sure and accurately track that each office sends out their weekly DMV bundle on time
• Overseeing that all DMV transactions are done accurately and collecting supporting documents as required the DMV
• Work alongside the Development team to teach Team Members how to do DMV transactions
• Fill out and track Monthly Commission Reports for all DMV Team Members
• Be available to answer and help Team Members whenever they have questions on their DMV transactions.
• Customer Service & Conflict Resolution the ability to effectively handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy and ensure a customer-first culture
• Maintain records of all DMV inventory
• Complete all quarterly and annual DMV Inventory reports for each office
• Educate customers on insurance coverage and make recommendations

Requirements:
• 1+ year of Experience doing DMV transactions such as Renewal Tags, Title Transfers etc
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role
• Vitu/Dealertrack software knowledge is preferred
• Expansive DMV Transaction knowledge
• Proven experience, hitting sales targets and developing successful teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate challenging situations
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred,
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
