Full Job Description
We9re hiring a Divisional Vice President of Sales to lead strategy, performance, and growth across our sales, recruiting, and business development functions. This leader will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence, and building high-performing teams aligned to company goals.

This is a highly visible leadership role focused on scaling the business, optimizing operations, and partnering with executive leadership to deliver measurable results.
  • Lead division-wide sales, recruiting, and business development strategy to drive revenue and profitability
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and execution against gross profit and growth targets
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities across industries, clients, and geographies
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals and consistent performance across the division
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategy
  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Oversee contract strategy, negotiations, and business terms to support successful client outcomes
  • Partner with leadership on long-term planning, headcount strategy, and organizational structure
  • Develop and coach directors and leaders, strengthening performance, engagement, and talent development
  • Drive accountability through performance management, goal setting, and consistent feedback

  • Proven track record in the Locum Tenens Staffing Industry or a related inside sales field.
