Step Into Your New Role

 

Kleinfelder is seeking a Division Transportation Market Leader to join our East Division Leadership Team and lead our Transportation Market growth strategy. This role will involve managing all aspects of State and Local clients, teaming partners, and other transportation-related providers to expand Kleinfelder’s services and geographic service areas across the East Coast.

 

This position can be based anywhere along the East Coast, from Florida to Maine.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy for growth which includes the development of the one-three-and five-year strategic plans for the Transportation Market.
  • Work with local areas to develop growth plans, consisting of target clients, organization charts, identification of key/growth hires (with business case), and implementation strategies.
  • Act as an account manager for select clients.
  • Responsible for understanding and communicating the regulatory and economic market drivers that impact the Transportation Market and identifying the clients, partnerships, and projects that will provide year-over-year growth for Kleinfelder.
  • Train and mentor client account managers in the development of new and existing clients.
  • Key areas of focus include:
    • Developing business.
    • Building strong client relationships.
    • Forging strategic partnerships.
    • Collaborating with the marketing team on proposals.
  • Consistently represent the company’s professional standards and serve as a positive ambassador both internally and externally.

 

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of leadership experience within the Transportation Market.
  • 5+ years of experience managing business development within the Transportation Market.
  • Professional registration preferred.
  • Proficient with utilizing CRM, sales funnel, and client account plans.

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Wage Transparency Act.  Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary range: $133,000.00 - $227,000.00.
