POSITION SUMMARY

The Division President is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and profitability of HomePro's Houston division. Reporting directly to the President, this role oversees all aspects of the division's operations,including Sales, Operations, Electrical, Customer Experience, and financial performance.

The Division President serves as the senior leader for the Houston market and is accountable for achieving operational goals, driving revenue growth, managing divisional profitability, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and execution. This role also plays a critical part in developing business strategies, strengthening builder and business partner relationships, and leading a high-performing team aligned with HomePro's mission, culture, and core values.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven leader with strong business acumen, proven operational leadership experience, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer and employee relationships in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for the Houston division, including Sales, Operations, and Electrical departments.
  • Maintain full accountability for divisional P&L performance, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to support division growth and market expansion.
  • Lead, coach, and develop divisional leadership teams and employees to drive performance, accountability, and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builder partners, customers, vendors, and industry contacts.
  • Ensure operational excellence through process improvement, efficiency initiatives, and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor divisional performance through forecasting, reporting, and analysis of operational and financial metrics.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to support company initiatives, strategic direction, culture, and financial objectives.
  • Evaluate market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Promote a customer-focused culture that delivers a high-quality customer experience and strong service execution.
  • Support employee development through ongoing coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Represent HomePro within the local market and participate in relevant industry and homebuilding associations.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-oriented culture within the division.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience leading business operations with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing divisional or branch-level P&L responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales and operations teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience managing sales and operations functions at the branch, regional, or divisional level.
  • Experience within the builder, security, electrical, or home technology industries preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Position is based in Houston, Texas.
  • Travel may be required on an as-needed basis.
  • Bonus eligible.
