This position leads the Georgia East Market - OTP Atlanta. Some of the geography includes Alpharetta, Norcross, Gainesville, Helen, Suwannee, Athens, Stone Mountain, Lake Oconee

Commercial Sales Manager

We invite you to lead a team of high-performing, results-driven outside sales representatives, where our customers' potential is personal.

As a Commercial Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for the following:

Leading People
  • Hire, develop, and retain staff, creating robust succession plans and developing the next generation of leaders
  • Identify goals and objectives, provide regular and candid feedback through evaluations or coaching sessions

Developing Business Plans
  • Develop sales targets for individual sales representatives
  • Understand areas of customer focus, including Sales Building, Staffing, Profitability, and Compliance

Engage with the Industry
  • Visit key existing and future customers

As a Commercial Sales Manager, you'll learn:
  • How to lead following the Servant Leadership model/framework
  • How to Participate in food shows, regional customer events, customer segment shows, and customer trips to headquarters to maintain visibility with customers, segments, or associations

Position Requirements:
  • Four or more years previous sales or business experience
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, including profitability models
  • Ability to work evening and weekend hours
