District Sales Manager - Food & Beverage Orlando, Tampa or Jacksonville - FL/Must be local to these cities OTE $130K-$140K $100K-$111K Summary A well-established specialty chemical company is looking for a driven sales professional to take over and grow an active territory in Central Florida. The territory has real accounts, real pipeline, and meaningful upside. The right candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, is comfortable cold-calling, and is passionate about delivering chemical process solutions that make a measurable difference for food and beverage manufacturers. Requirements 2+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial or chemical sales Must have experience selling food and beverage chemicals directly to F&B manufacturers Proven ability to prospect, cold-call, and close new business Strong consultative selling and long-term account management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight trips Ability to perform on-site technical testing Responsibilities Generate new business through prospecting, cold-calling, and relationship development across Central Florida Manage and grow an existing base of mid-to-large food and beverage manufacturer accounts Sell chemical treatment programs and value-added process solutions tailored to each customer Track sales activity, manage pipeline, and report on territory performance using CRM Negotiate and close contracts to meet individual and team sales targets Collaborate with R&D and internal teams to develop solutions that address customer needs Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments Nice To Have Experience selling into large national F&B accounts preferred Familiarity with water treatment or sanitation chemistry a plus
