Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts by selling programs and promotions, securing authorized product distribution, and analyzing operations of assigned territory accounts.

  • Work closely with Retail Representatives in the field and monitor their performance regarding merchandising and product display.

  • Build and maintain business relationships with trade customer leaders and sales associates.
  • Communicate and prioritize joint retail objectives to Retail Representatives for optimal execution.
  • Control sales activities to ensure compliance with the operational budget.

Le Chef de district des ventes est responsable de diriger l'exécution du plan de vente au détail pour sa région, y compris la distribution et le marchandisage au niveau du commerce de détail et de gros. Responsable du développement des personnes, de l'encadrement (coaching) et de la gestion de la performance, ce rôle veillera au respect et à la réalisation de l'allocation de couverture et des plans afin d'atteindre et/ou de dépasser les objectifs de vente au détail au point de vente.

Que recherchons-nous ?
  • Un diplôme professionnel en commerce, en administration ou l'équivalent est fortement privilégié.
  • Plus de 2 ans d'expérience à temps plein en tant que représentant des ventes, en travaillant avec des équipes multifonctionnelles de premier plan dans le secteur des biens de consommation courante (FMCG).
  • Une expérience en gestion d'équipe est un atout.
  • Une expérience en gestion de comptes clients serait un plus.
  • La capacité à voyager 60% du temps est requise.

Quelles seront vos principales responsabilités ?
  • Gestion de comptes; vendre des programmes et promotions, sécuriser et maintenir la distribution autorisée des produits de l'entreprise, vendre/commercialiser les promotions et programmes de la compagnie, et analyser l'ensemble des opérations des comptes du territoire attribué.
  • Formulez des recommandations quant à l'efficacité des promotions et des programmes tant au niveau du commerce de détail qu'en gros.
  • Gestion des ressources humaines; responsable de travailler régulièrement sur le terrain avec les représentants du commerce de détail, de suivre la performance; produits dérivés, exposition, rotation des étagères.
  • Responsable des processus de développement des représentants du commerce de détail, tels que la formation, les contributions à la performance, la révision des indicateurs de performance individuels.
  • Établit et maintien des relations d'affaires avec les leaders clients du secteur et les associés aux ventes.
  • Prioriser et communiquer les objectifs conjoints de vente au détail aux représentants du commerce de détail afin d'assurer une exécution parfaite.
  • Contrôle les activités pour s'assurer que les coûts de vente sont maintenus dans le cadre du budget opérationnel, y compris.

The District Sales Manager is responsible for leading the execution of the Retail Plan for the area, including both distribution and merchandising at retail & wholesale level. Responsible for people development, coaching and performance management this role will ensure compliance and delivery of coverage allocation and plans to meet and or exceed retail objectives at the point of sale.

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Account Management; sell programs and promotions, securing and maintaining authorized distribution of company products, selling/merchandising Company promotions and programs and analyzing entire operation of allotted territory accounts.
  • Make recommendations as to effectiveness of promotions & programs at both retail and wholesale level.
  • People Management; responsible for working in the field with Retail Representatives on a regular basis, tracking performance; merchandising, display, shelf rotation.
  • Accountable for Retail representative Development processes such as training, input for performance, review Individual KPIs.
  • Establishes and maintains business relationships with the trade Customer Leaders and sales associates.
  • Prioritize and communicate joint retail objectives to Retail Representatives to ensure flawless execution.
  • Controls activities to ensure that sales costs are maintained within operational budget including.
