Position Overview: Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director (think of them as your strategic co-pilot), you will be the engine driving profitable revenue growth and client obsession across your district.

You won't just manage; you'll ignite potential. You will be responsible for building, leading, and inspiring a high-performing team of Design Consultants who excel at both converting company-provided quality appointments and becoming entrepreneurial rockstars by generating their own high-value leads. This is a role for ambitious, driven individuals who want to operate in a high-performance, high-reward culture.

What You'll Be Doing: The Core Pillars of Success
  1. Team Development & Coaching

This is where you make magic happen. You are the mentor, the motivator, and the strategic guide who turns raw talent into sales powerhouses.
  • Financial Command: Own the district's budget and sales targets, focusing intensely on key levers like close rate, average order size, and successful service recovery.
  • Instill Accountability: Engage in daily, high-impact interactions with your DCs, using constructive dialogue and challenging questions to drive individual sales and marketing activity.
  • Skill Refinement: Lead weekly team meetings and calls that aren't just status updates, but high-octane training sessions focused on next-level sales techniques and product mastery.
  • Product Guru: Continuously educate your team on cutting-edge products, service innovations, and the hottest promotions.
  • Entrepreneurial Empowerment: Coach and incentivize DCs to become self-generating lead machines, unlocking massive additional earning potential through self-sourced appointments.
  • Data-Driven Excellence: Utilize Key Performance Metrics (KPMs)-like Revenue per Appointment, 'First Time Right,' and client satisfaction scores-to provide personalized coaching that boosts earnings and success rates.


  1. Business Development & Strategy

You are the chief strategist for market penetration, always looking ahead to identify and capture new territory.

  • Hustle & Hold Accountable: Motivate and empower your team to capture every sales opportunity through dynamic networking, creating strategic business partnerships, leveraging existing client relationships, and targeted community canvassing.
  • Market Mapping: Identify emerging client markets/hotspots and collaborate on developing creative, tailored strategies to dominate them.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with our world-class marketing department to execute repeatable programs that maximize self-generated lead returns.
