What You'll Do- Lead multiple restaurant locations and their management teams
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Coach and develop General Managers
- Ensure exceptional guest service and brand standards
- Manage food and labor costs
- Build a culture focused on accountability and results
What We're Looking For- Multi unit restaurant management experience
- QSR experience required
- Wendy's experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to oversee high volume restaurants
- Local candidates preferred, relocation may be considered
Compensation & Benefits- $90,000 to $100,000 base salary
