JOB DESCRIPTION

As our next District Manager, you will lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to enhance pipeline management effectiveness and drive overall sales performance. You'll ensure each sales representative maintains a balanced pipeline and follows best practices for opportunity management to maximize growth potential.

In this role, you will implement structured pipeline reviews and forecasting processes to promote accountability and visibility across the district. You will also develop and execute regional strategies to drive pipeline growth-proactively identifying gaps, uncovering new opportunities, and aligning team activities to market potential.

This position requires approximately 75% overnight travel. A valid driver's license is required.

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for leaders with a Bachelor's Degree plus 8+ years of sales experience, with a record of achieving outstanding sales results.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 12+ years of sales experience is required without a degree.
  • Three years of key account responsibility and managerial experience.
  • Strong leadership and pipeline forecasting skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute regional business strategies.

SALARY

Base Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 annually

The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.
