The Walmart RefreshmentsDistrict Manager provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for multiple Refreshment Services units across the United States, with responsibility for approximately $12-15M in annual revenue. This role is accountable for executing the Refreshment Services program with a strong focus on growth, profitability, productivity, and team development, while consistently delivering on financial commitments.

The District Manager may oversee multiple sites for one client or multiple clients. Success is measured through revenue growth, EBIT, margin performance, consumer satisfaction, client loyalty, and employee engagement.

    • Own the operational and financial performance of multiple accounts and units.
    • Model and reinforce high standards of safety, quality, and service excellence.
    • Coach, mentor, reward, and recognize team members to build a high-performing culture.
    • Identify, engage, and develop top talent across the district.
    • Plan and lead district and management team meetings.
    • Ensure all operations meet safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of proven leadership experience with P&L responsibility, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, facilities, or direct store delivery industries.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, managing complex operations, and driving financial results.
  • Strong talent assessment and development capability.
  • Experience interpreting and executing contract terms and identifying operational opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to lead through change, including turnaround or transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business or a related field preferred.
