Job Duties
As our District Construction Manager, you will lead all construction operations within a defined portfolio, holding full P&L responsibility for both new and existing building projects while ensuring alignment with business and financial objectives. You will drive safe, high-quality, and reliable project execution through effective customer relationship management, resulting in strong customer satisfaction and successful delivery outcomes. Additionally, you will oversee portfolio performance, installation practices, and operations management while developing and optimizing the Delivery Operations team to maximize productivity, quality, safety, and resource utilization.

You will bring 5+ years of successful construction management experience (including managing people, budgets, planning etc.). You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor's degree at an accredited college/university. (8 years of experience would be equivalent experience).

Other Hiring requirements
  • Proven success in Project Management and Construction Operations business, preferably both.
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and employee growth.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, and P&L performance management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Working knowledge of construction operations, contract administration, labor relations, and relevant safety and environmental regulations.
  • Effective problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role is $196,600 - $258,090. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 25% Target Incentive (70/30) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
