Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years overall experience in relevant roles.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License required; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience specifically in distribution design processes.
• Proficiency with industry software such as CYMCAP and ETAP.
• Demonstrated client management, marketing, and business development skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production section operations including staff development and profitability management.
• Function as Project Manager for production projects while handling administrative tasks.
• Lead coordination of technical services across sections and staff management.
• Engage in marketing planning, proposals, and client interactions.
• Ensure effective project management by planning, organizing, and evaluating all work.
• Implement and support company policies within the section.
• Select, train, and manage technical personnel and multidisciplinary teams.
