The Distribution Operations Manager directs operations for multiple areas within the distribution center. In this role, you will design programs to provide quality services to stores, customers, and patients. You will contribute to the achievement of profit and expense goals, customer service standards, and compliance with government and organizational. In addition, you will develop tactical and operational plans to achieve the Distribution Center Operations area's goals, and communicate/drive action items to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors.Additional responsibilities: - Ensures team compliance with policies and procedures to achieve the organization's Distribution Center Operations goals and objectives.
- Administers strategy to achieve performance expectations and financial metrics.
- Coordinates deliverable timelines, accountability, and action steps for completion.
- Advises with managers on recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Allocates resources to ensure timely, secure, and accurate deliveries of products and services.
- Analyzes areas of opportunities within the distribution center to identify best-in-class solutions.
- Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
**This is a 2nd shift role. Hours are roughly 3:30pm-12:00am Monday -Friday with additional flexibility needed based on business volume and needs***Required Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years work experience in a Distribution Center, Production or Manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- MS Office experience
Preferred Qualifications- Manhattan WMS experience,
- Lean six Sigma
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
