What you'll do...
What you'll do:
  • Analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Drive data-driven decision making by extracting insights from complex analytics to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to secure resources, align stakeholders, and promote product vision and go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, including MVP creation, scaling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor team members on product processes, customer focus, and roadmap execution.
  • Manage adoption of emerging technologies and ensure integration with existing platforms.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.


What you'll bring:
  • Proven ability to lead technical products, with strong systems thinking, architectural understanding, and credibility to evaluate designs, constraints, and long-term technical trade-offs.
  • Understanding of basic Infosec concepts to make informed product decisions and challenge assumptions. Drive towards a shared platform that leverages AI to automate, simplify, and standardize developer services and infosec request flows.
  • Experience defining multi-year product vision and strategy for products, translating business and security objectives into outcome-driven roadmaps that balance risk, usability, scalability, and modernization.
  • Strong judgment in creating and prioritizing requirements between competing approaches. Sequencing based on dependencies, readiness, and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex technical trade-offs to audiences, enabling alignment, informed decisions, and product adoption.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
