  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizations and build multi-threaded relationships across marketing, sales, digital, and agency partners.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue on a weekly basis, ensuring visibility and accountability to goals.
  • Use real-time performance data and audience insights to provide recommendations that support the consultative sale.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to shape messaging, thought leadership, and demand generation strategies for the Travel vertical.
  • Represent NaviStone at industry events, conferences, prospect meetings, and on-site sales presentations (25%+ travel).

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • You have a proven track record of success in direct sales with achieving revenue and growth goals.
  • You are an analytical and data-driven problem solver
  • You have experience with a CRM platform, such as HubSpot

  • You are motivated by a collaborative work environment
  • You can travel up to 25% of the time to attend conferences and sales meetings.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Ability to build influence quickly and establish trust with senior decision makers and advisors.
  • Experience driving adoption of a new or unfamiliar marketing solution in conservative or relationship-driven industries.
