Overview
Due to growth, we are adding a Director, Transformation Operations to our team!

We are seeking a proven transformation leader with deep Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experience who has successfully led operational transformation during periods of rapid growth, organizational scaling, and process realignment. This individual will bring a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, helping our organization evolve capabilities, optimize operations, and deliver enterprise-wide transformation outcomes.

The Director, Transformation Operations serves as the dedicated owner of the Transformation Office operating system and enterprise transformation portfolio performance discipline.

This role ensures the enterprise transformation program operates with discipline, consistency, visibility, decision quality, and follow-through. The role owns enterprise transformation portfolio performance visibility, accountability disciplines, delivery confidence reporting, path-to-green management, operating cadence, governance readiness, action management, and executive reporting coordination.

This is a highly visible role that requires both tactical leadership and strategic influence. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable designing enterprise transformation frameworks and governance models as they are rolling up their sleeves to remove barriers, drive accountability, refine processes, and ensure initiatives stay on track. They will help align transformation efforts to business priorities while creating the operational rigor needed to sustain growth and scale.

The Director, Transformation Operations partners closely with the Strategic Transformation Officer, Chief of Staff, EPMO, Finance, Communications, Change, Value Stream Owners, Orchestrators, business owners, and technology leaders to ensure transformation work is organized, transparent, decision-useful, and advancing against enterprise commitments. By ensuring the Transformation Office operating system runs reliably, the role enables senior leadership to focus on strategic acceleration, enterprise capabilities, stakeholder alignment, enterprise-level risk management, and long-range planning.

If you have helped a PBM navigate growth, drive complex operational transformation, realign processes, and build scalable ways of working while balancing strategic thinking with practical execution, we'd love to hear from you.
