Position Overview:This role will oversee our eICU program, Centralized Telemetry Monitoring (CTM) and Virtual Patient Safety Monitoring (VPSM) across the system.
Provides leadership, strategic planning, administrative and operational direction and coordination. Works collaboratively with affiliates to ensure operational effectiveness, financial accountability, quality patient care and physician, patient satisfaction. Additionally, plays an integral role in long term business planning and development of new participating sites to include ongoing research and program evaluation.

EDUCATION:CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:- RN-Registered Nurse of California
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:- 12 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:- The incumbent must be well versed in the administrative and clinical areas supervised.
- Qualifications include proven successful experience with physician relations, marketing opportunities, supervision, personnel management, operating budget preparation, project planning and management within a complex environment.
- Written and oral communications skills along with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements including joint commission on accreditation of healthcare organizations (JCHO), department of health services (DHS), and title 22 specifications.
- The incumbent must be well versed in hospital and medical staff organization and structure; must be fluent in medical terminology to include diagnostic and operative procedures.
- Current knowledge of State, Federal and Professional industry standards pertaining to healthcare practice is desired.
- Knowledge of adult education principals is required.
- Conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a complex environment are required.
- Tact, diplomacy, and ability to work with individuals in all levels of regional, hospital and medical staff organizations.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Presentation skills are necessary.
- Leadership and team skills that enable working cooperatively with diverse groups of people in all facilities.
- Must possess computer skills and knowledge required to support a nursing information system.

Pay Range is $200,096.00 to $320,153.60 / annual salary
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
