Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline); advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering, maintenance, or technical operations experience in cGMP manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years of management experience preferred in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of FDA cGMP regulations, facility utilities, and engineering compliance.
• Experience managing capital projects and engineering budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering, Facilities, Validation, and Maintenance teams in cGMP pharmaceutical production.
• Develop and mentor high-performing engineering and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
• Oversee maintenance and engineering operations for optimal manufacturing performance.
• Manage site capital projects and engineering budgets effectively.
• Drive initiatives for operational efficiency and reliability improvements.
• Develop strategic plans for facility expansion and technology implementation.
