Profile Description:

  • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals, embedding cultural behaviors such as curiosity, adaptability, and shared accountability.

  • Design and implement innovative learning programs that integrate modern technologies (e.g., AI-driven platforms, immersive simulations, microlearning) to create personalized, inclusive, and scalable experiences.

  • Lead leadership development initiatives that prepare emerging and senior leaders to navigate complexity with agility, foster collaboration across global teams, and champion inclusive decision-making.

  • Conduct enterprise skill-gap analyses to identify critical capabilities for the future and create targeted pathways that encourage ownership and continuous growth.

  • Champion a culture of learning by introducing flexible, on-demand solutions and inspiring employees to take accountability for their career development.

  • Evaluate program effectiveness using advanced analytics and feedback loops, ensuring insights drive innovation and measurable impact.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise learning, talent development, or leadership development within complex, fast-paced environments.

  • Proven success in designing and implementing innovative, technology-enabled learning strategies that drive measurable outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of future workforce trends, including digital transformation, AI adoption, and agile leadership.

  • Expertise in modern learning methodologies such as blended learning, experiential learning, and personalized learning journeys.

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire diverse audiences and foster inclusion.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data and learning analytics to inform decisions and demonstrate ROI.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of building high-performing, collaborative teams.

  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
