As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll lead a dedicated team supporting a diverse portfolio of programs, from highly technical engineering efforts to base operations. You'll collaborate with senior leaders, capture teams, and program managers to ensure we have the cleared and technical talent needed to win new work and deliver on our commitments.

What You'll Do as the Director of Talent Acquisition
• Develop and execute a forward-leaning talent acquisition strategy aligned to Defense & Intel growth and delivery goals.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers supporting classified and unclassified programs.
• Partner with Program Managers and Operations Directors to forecast hiring needs and ensure staffing readiness for ongoing and new programs.
• Drive recruiting for mission-critical skill sets including cyber, intelligence analysis, systems engineering, software development, and cleared operations roles.
• Support capture and proposal efforts, providing labor market intelligence, staffing plans, and key personnel strategies and contract transitions.
• Build pipelines for cleared and unique talent to support anticipated programs and surge requirements.
• Establish and track KPIs to improve speed, quality, and compliance across the hiring lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to OFCCP, EEO, and federal contracting hiring requirements while elevating candidate experience and employer brand.

Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 5+ years leading TA teams in federal contracting.
Expertise: Demonstrated success supporting capture, proposals, transitions and large-scale program staffing in the DoD environment.
Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Reston, VA.

Desired Qualifications
• Experience supporting programs requiring DoD clearances.
• Strong understanding of cleared talent markets and competitive intelligence.
• Familiarity with Dayforce or similar ATS/CRM platforms.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification.
• Proven ability to partner and influence senior leaders and drive enterprise-level initiatives.
