Employment Status: Salary (Exempt) $182,820.00 - $228,525

We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees in the same or similar role.

Job Summary:

The Director of Systems and Process is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise systems and consolidated business processes across CGXR's regional operations footprint. This position leads the integration and standardization efforts following the acquisition of multiple companies within the division, establishing consistent, scalable operational standards that drive efficiency and competitive advantage across all regional locations. The successful candidate will be a transformation leader who combines deep technical acumen with change management expertise to ensure operational consistency, enable growth, and drive organizational excellence across a geographically dispersed organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, selection, and implementation of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, supply chain management, etc.) that standardize and consolidate operations across acquired entities and regional locations
• Develop and execute a comprehensive systems and process strategy aligned with CGXR's business objectives, integration roadmap, and regional growth initiatives
• Build and deploy consolidated business processes across finance, operations, supply chain, and customer-facing functions with consistent standards across all regional operations
• Establish and enforce operational standards and process governance frameworks that ensure consistency while accommodating regional operational requirements
• Design scalable systems architecture and process frameworks that support current operations and enable future growth and acquisition integration
• Manage major system implementation projects from planning through post-implementation optimization, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery across multiple regional sites
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders across regions and IT/technical teams to define requirements, address regional needs, and drive adoption
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization of systems and workflows across the entire regional footprint
• Ensure data governance, integration standards, and system architecture support scalability, consistency, and seamless operations across all regions
• Lead change management initiatives to drive user adoption across regions, minimize disruption, and maximize return on systems investments
• Build and mentor a team of process analysts, business systems analysts, and project managers as the function scales to support regional growth
• Partner with finance to develop and manage systems and process transformation budgets and ROI tracking across regional operations

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Proven experience establishing operational consistency and process standardization across geographically dispersed organizations
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes including finance, supply chain, and operations
• Proven ability to work across multiple functional departments and regional locations while managing competing priorities
• Experience with business process redesign and organizational transformation, ideally in post-acquisition integration environments
• Project management expertise with proven ability to deliver complex, multi-site initiatives within budget and timeline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels across regional operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed to support implementation and operations across regional locations
• Familiarity with agile and hybrid implementation methodologies
• Track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex implementations across multiple geographic regions or business units

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field
• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems implementation, business process management, or operations, preferably in multi-location or multi-division environments
• Demonstrated success leading major ERP or large-scale systems implementation projects across multiple locations or business units (3+ implementations preferred)
